The V-neck gown, which had ribbon straps and a cape shawl, was designed with a waterfall of sparkling stones that were tightly grouped at the top and flowed down the material into the flirtatious ruffled hem. Cardi B knows well how to make fashion speak before she does, outside SNL on Saturday she drew attention on the street in a sculpted glossy burgundy leather set. Styled by her longtime collaborator Kollin Carter, the look was sharply tailored.
