She shared an adorable photo of baby Henry cuddled up next to his older sister, Eloise, who was born in May 2024. Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyers have officially appealed his 50-month prison sentence for prostitution-related convictions. They argue that the sentence is disproportionately severe compared to similar cases and is inconsistent with the jury’s verdict.

In their court filing Friday, Diddy’s legal team said the judge relied on allegations the jury had already thrown out, a practice lawyers call “acquitted conduct” sentencing. Diddy wasn’t convicted of bigger charges like sex trafficking or RICO violations, but his lawyers argue that his sentence for violating the Mann Act is unusually long compared with typical sentences for similar convictions.

Diddy’s attorneys called this a “perversion of justice.” In their view, the judge handed down a stiffer sentence based on accusations that were not part of his convictions. They’re asking the appeals court to toss out the sentence, issue a judgment of acquittal, or at least send it back for a new sentencing hearing.

Diddy was convicted on two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution back in July 2025. Despite being cleared of the more serious federal charges after a two-month-long trial, his lawyers argue the sentence is excessively harsh given the convictions.

In their filing, they stressed that the sentence runs against established legal standards and punishes him for things the prosecution never proved. They said it’s like the judge became a “thirteenth juror.”

Now, as the appeal works its way through the courts, Diddy’s team is seeking relief from the sentence. His lawyers argue that the punishment is inconsistent with the jury’s verdict and typical sentencing standards, and say the case could influence how similar convictions are sentenced in the future.

Doja Cat spoke about her mental health. In a TikTok video posted on March 13, 2026, the 30-year-old said she is struggling with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and has suffered from the illness for years.

“I’ve learned from a very young age to pretend that I like stuff, to pretend that I’m happy, to pretend that I don’t like stuff that I do, to appear like everything is okay,” Doja Cat said. “I’ll get it done. And it caught up with me, and I think it always does for people. I’m now struggling with BPD.”

Borderline personality disorder is a mental illness that causes people to have a distorted self-image and often experience unstable relationships with others. Symptoms can include uncontrollable emotions, fear of abandonment, impulsivity.

The Mayo Clinic describes the mental illness as a pattern of intense emotional swings and acting impulsively that can impact relationships and decision-making. The “Woman” singer went on to say that she’s been in therapy for years. “I’ve been in therapy for years now, and I am so proud of myself, I’ve made it so far,” She said that she goes to therapy to make sure she’s “all right.”

She continued, “It’s been a process of me learning about myself.”

She ended the post by noting that seeing others confidently express themselves, including singer Chappell Roan has inspired her to do the same, “I had to learn how to be honest with myself because I lied to myself for years,” Doja added. To see someone be like that and not hurt anybody, it lets me know that I can be that way too.
