g Kim Kardashian has opened the first standalone Skims store in the UK, giving the brand’s signature aesthetic a physical presence in London.

The 12,000-square-foot flagship on London’s Regent Street was designed with New York architect Rafael de Cárdenas, drawing heavily from Kardashian’s own minimalist interiors. The design continues that aesthetic with soft curves replacing sharp edges, while neutral tones, sculptural forms and seamless surfaces give the store a warm, residential feel.

That connection to her home is deliberate. When Skims launched in 2019, fittings happened in Kardashian’s closet and campaigns were shot in her home. She wanted the store to carry that same sense of intimacy.

“People seemed to like this clean, monochromatic aesthetic,” she told Wallpaper. “I wanted as much of the materiality from my home in the store, so it would still feel like it was part of that.”

Kardashian and de Cárdenas added warmth into the space through rounded forms, tactile materials and a subtle signature scent. At the center is a monumental female sculpture by artist Vanessa Beecroft.

“I want people to feel this is their safe space,” Kardashian said. The store is designed for customers to try on underwear, bras, and shapewear in an environment built around comfort and confidence.

The ground floor houses apparel and seasonal collections. Upstairs holds shapewear, alongside dedicated areas for menswear and NikeSkims. What started as a shapewear label has grown into a global brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, menswear and NikeSkims.

In November 2025, Skims raised $225 million at a $5 billion valuation, with the company expecting to exceed $1 billion in net sales for 2025.

The London opening is another step in the brand’s expansion. On Regent Street, Skims is offering customers a full brand experience. It brings Kardashian’s vision for Skims into a physical setting, with a clean, body-focused design that is meant to feel comfortable and inviting.

For a brand that started in a closet, a 12,000-square-foot flagship on one of London’s most prominent shopping streets shows just how far Skims has come. The store brings the familiarity of Kardashian’s original vision into a much larger setting without losing the sense of comfort at the heart of the brand.
