After making her runway debut in the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last October, Angel Reese is now fronting the brand’s latest campaign, “The Season of Strapless.” Centered around a new no-slip grip technology, the collection also introduces a Summer Swim line alongside the Bombshell Bronze Eau de Parfum. Shot in Barbados, the campaign focuses on a bronze-toned aesthetic, with Reese posed on the beach in rich brown swimsuits, and describing it as the “bronze bombshell vibe.”

The launch marks one of the first times a WNBA player has fronted a major campaign for the brand. It also comes shortly after Reese was traded from the Chicago Sky to the Atlanta Dream, making the moment even more notable as she begins a new phase in her career

“Basketball is gonna stop one day,” Reese shared her vision beyond the court. She is expanding into podcasting which she calls “unapologetically Angel” and modeling, “It’s important to have your own narrative and be able to take control of that,” she explained, reflecting on her experiences with media scrutiny.

Reese continues to rise as an athlete, moving beyond basketball into fashion and media. Her campaign follows her major moment as one of the professional athletes to walk the Victoria’s Secret runway, joining stars like Gigi Hadid and Adriana Lima.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have been seen in public again, weeks after a scary shooting at their Beverly Hills home. They were out in Paris with family while the legal case is still going on against the suspect.

She wore burgundy trousers and a red jumper vest, and carried a bright yellow Dior purse completing her look with pointed shoes. A$AP Rocky wore a black trench coat and dark shades.

They arrived at Siena restaurant, an upscale Italian place. People who saw them said they looked happy, a significant change given the terrifying situations they recently experienced. The fact that they could go out in public showed that they were trying to get back to normal after the shock.

The outing comes after an alarming incident on March 8, when authorities reported that a suspect fired multiple rounds from an AR-15-style rifle at the couple’s Beverly Hills home. Reports indicate that Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, their three children, and several others were present at the scene when the shooting happened.

Although there were no injuries, an officer stressed how serious the threat was, saying that Rihanna and Rocky “easily could have been hit.”

Authorities arrested Oritz, the suspect, and charged her with the crime, with legal proceedings still ongoing.
